This Privacy Policy explains how King Delivery Vendor App ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application designed for restaurants and vendors to receive and manage customer orders ("App").

- Restaurant/Store Information: Restaurant name, business address, phone numbers (primary and alternate), store images (logo and cover photos), operating hours (opening and closing times), location coordinates (latitude and longitude), and service area information.
- Order Information: Customer orders received through the App, including order details, customer information (name, phone, delivery address), order status, payment information, order history, and order analytics.
- Product/Menu Information: Menu items, product details, prices, categories, images, and inventory information that you manage through the App.
- Device Information: Device tokens for push notifications.
- Location Data: Your restaurant's location coordinates (latitude and longitude) to enable accurate order delivery and location-based services.
- Analytics Data: Sales data, order statistics, revenue information, customer analytics, and performance metrics related to your restaurant operations.
- Preferences: Language preferences (English, Arabic, or Kurdish), app settings, and notification preferences.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To enable you to receive, view, and manage customer orders placed through the King Delivery customer app.
- To authenticate your vendor account and provide secure access to the App.
- To display your restaurant information, menu items, and operating status to customers on the King Delivery platform.
- To send you push notifications about new orders, order updates, and important business communications.
- To process and facilitate order fulfillment, including sharing order information with delivery personnel.
- To provide analytics and reporting tools to help you understand your business performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
- To communicate with you about your account, orders, platform updates, and customer inquiries.
- To improve our services, develop new features, and personalize your experience.
- To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, ensure platform security, and enforce our terms of service.
3. Sharing Your Information
- With Customers: We share your restaurant information (name, address, menu items, prices, images, operating hours, and location) with customers using the King Delivery app to enable them to browse and place orders.
- With Delivery Personnel: We share order information, customer delivery addresses, and your restaurant location with delivery personnel to facilitate order pickup and delivery.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information to authorities if required by law, to protect our rights and users, or to prevent fraud or illegal activities.
- We do not sell your personal information or business data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure authentication methods, to protect your data. Your account credentials are stored securely, and we implement access controls to protect your business information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights & Choices
- You can access, update, or delete your vendor account information and restaurant details in the App settings or by contacting us.
- You can manage your restaurant's operating hours, menu items, and store information at any time through the App.
- You can opt out of marketing communications and manage push notification preferences through your device settings or app preferences.
- You can view and export your analytics and sales data through the App's analytics features.
- You can request deletion of your vendor account and associated data by contacting us, subject to our retention obligations for completed orders and financial records.
6. Order and Customer Information
When you receive orders through the App, you will have access to customer information necessary to fulfill those orders, including customer name, phone number, and delivery address. This information is provided solely for order fulfillment purposes. You are responsible for protecting this customer information and must not use it for purposes other than order fulfillment or share it with unauthorized parties. You must comply with applicable data protection laws when handling customer information.
7. Push Notifications
We send push notifications about new orders, order status updates, and important business communications. Device tokens are stored to enable push notifications. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings or within the App.
8. Analytics and Business Data
The App provides analytics and reporting features that collect and analyze your sales data, order history, and business performance metrics. This data is used to generate reports and insights to help you manage your restaurant operations. Analytics data may be aggregated and anonymized for platform-wide insights and service improvements.
9. Data Retention
We retain your vendor account information and restaurant data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Order information and transaction records are retained as required by law and for business purposes, including financial record-keeping and dispute resolution. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or business purposes.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using our App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.
11. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
